Paris, complet, for this time

Maybe this picture says it best! Fortunately, no one took a photo of me ! It was a grande time, and one the Grand parents will have in their memories for a long time! I am positive that David will dream of some of these experiences, as well.

April in Paris

We have a dinner invitation at our friends, Jan and Michael Cohnen. They reside in Levallois. This is the bridge over Seine leading to their home. April in Paris .

This is one way to get around !

In Paris, like other big metro areas, the mode of travel has changed! This was Elizabeth's rental, but David had to have a go!

Old & New Friends

We met up with friends in Paris. David was an instant hit with Jan and Michael Cohnen, and Susan Guttman and daughter, Elizabeth. As always, we cherish time spent with these families we have known since 1977.

In 2008, We took Grandson Nicolas to London where Susan Guttman was living at that time. Susan is meeting kids, one at a time.

Uncle Nathan's Ecole [grade school]

Uncle Nathan's grade school when first arriving in Paris in 1977, was a "must see" for David.

Not Exhausted Yet?

So why don't you try a week, next year? Fortunately, Suzanne is just 10, so Nada and I have a couple years to recover, both physically and financially !

April in Paris, 2009

Nada and I accompanied David Correa, our 13 year old Grandson to Paris. David had a "short list" of 27 sites in Paris that were "must sees" in one week. We made it happen, but not without some incidents here or there. This trip is part of an ongoing commitment to our three Grandkids. Upon their 13th birthday, we take them on a holiday of their choosinot going tg, with some limitations. In other words, I am not a "player" for outer space, or below the surface of the Earth. We did come close with an exciting visit to the Catacombs in Paris! This was a 13 year old's highlight, and one of 27 sites. We lived in Paris for 6 years and I had to go back to catch that one!
